With the current wave of "Hanryu" (Korean wave), Korean cuisine has taken the role of ambassador to introduce Korea worldwide and the finesse of its taste and nutritional value have been proved globally as well.
There have been much sweat and agony behind 'Jang Shou Korean Charcoal BBQ' finding its home in the centre of Singapore’s cultural square, Esplanade. Many hurdles include difficult tasks such as scouting the best chef in Korea to ensure the most authentic and traditional taste, and importing every traditional ingredients, just to name a few.
